    LISTING ANNOUNCEMENT



    Development of a new townhouse on the neighboring property is scheduled to begin in November 2025. This will include demolition of the existing structure, installation of temporary safety fencing, and ongoing construction works. The project is expected to continue through 2026.



    During this period, you may experience increased noise at times. All works comply with Environment Protection Authority (EPA) noise regulations, which limit audible noise inside residences to approved hours only.



    For safety, certain exterior areas may be temporarily restricted, though alternative access will always be provided. We appreciate your understanding and are here to ensure your stay remains as comfortable as possible.

You’re welcome to decline, but if we’re unable to care for the indoor plants, we may kindly ask for your help in keeping them happy during your stay. For the outdoor areas, if access isn’t possible, we’ll gladly reschedule the maintenance for after your visit.

    At VAQUAY, we understand that pets are part of the family, and we are pleased to extend our welcome to them. To ensure their comfort, we encourage guests to bring familiar items such as beds, bowls, and toys.     For the safety of your pets and the property, animals should not be left unattended unless securely crated.
