If you plan on bringing pets, please note that we can only allow 1 small dog under 8 kg maximum. Strictly no cats. If you are unsure, please do not hesitate to inquire first.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them. Your booking is for the whole property.

Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones.
