  • Set in the quiet but architecturally unique Melbourne suburb of Travancore, this unit is perfect for those seeking maximum convenience: it's almost halfway between the CBD and Melbourne airport. Delhi Reserve and the beautiful Moonee Ponds Creek Trail are literally right on your doorstep and perfect for a morning stroll. The unit itself is simple and comfortable, with plenty of light and park views. Parking and easy access to public transport make exploring Melbourne very easy.

    Located next to Flemington, Travencore is a convenient and family friendly gem in Melbourne's inner north. With its streets named after Indian cities, village-like atmosphere and mix of Victorian and art deco architecture, it's unique among the city's neighbourhoods. It's also only five kilometres from the city, and close to the airport.
    House rules
    You are staying in a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbours. The following strict House Rules apply:

    - No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am
    - No parties or antisocial behaviour
    - No additional people are to access the property without our prior approval
    - No pets are allowed in the property without approval
    - No smoking is allowed at any times
    - If you break something, please let us know
    - To help protect all floor coverings do not wear any shoes inside the property

    Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.

    IMPORTANT: Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property.

    Finally, when checking out, we kindly ask you for the following:

    - Please leave all beds unmade
    - Please clean up your dishes and put them away
    - In case you have rearranged furniture, please put it back to the original location
    - Please take out the rubbish and remember to use the right bins
    - Please ensure all appliances, A/C and lights are off and doors and windows are closed

Nice 1 bedroom unit. Full kitchen was well set up. Clean and comfortable, off street parking included. Area felt safe, and public transit just a few blocks away. Very close to busy highway, but road noise was not a problem. We’d definitely stay here again.

Small but comfortable

This property was an ideal location for my purposes. Check in was easy and communication with the manager excellent. Some of the appliances do not work well and the cleaning could have been better. Otherwise it suited me well.
