Hotel signboard was a bit small and we missed the entrance to the carpark on our arrival and have to go a big round via M1 highway. Plenty of parking spaces. Checking in was a breeze. Receptionist was very friendly and attentive. Plenty of storage spaces in the room - good layout even though the room is small. Clean and tidy. Well equipped with micro-wave oven, coffee, tea, cutleries, plates and bowls. Beef club sandwich from room service was excellent and yummy - enough for 2 persons. Overall, a very pleasant stay for 4 nights.

Nice and clean. Club next door with dining as well as other restaurants close by. Met my needs for my visit to Melbourne. Would stay there again.

we didn't know the motel was next to a busy highway so the traffic noise was constant. Theyn] had double windows which reduced the noise slighly but we could still hear the traffic. Room was very small but very clean. the door to the room needs adjusting because for older people like us it was very hard to keep the door open while trying to get in or out with luggage.

Well priced and convenient location, club restaurant was good value and plenty of other options for food very close to the motel. Bit close to freeway but didn't bother us to much

It was an overnight stay during a trip. It was good, clean, bed was comfortable. Staff when checking in were friendly & professional. I noticed the hotel was close to a lot of shopping options if needed.

We stayed in the family room and we really enjoyed the space and how clean the rooms were. We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed always coming back to a fresh newly made bed and clean room. Definitely recommend staying here cos we will definitely be back. We heard there is a bistro next door and the food is good which we will certainly try out when we come back again.

Room very clean. crockery/cutlery, toaster and microwave provided in room. Staff friendly and helpful. First floor rooms on south side overlook the freeway so there is some traffic noise.

Location was convenient to family nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful and property dining had great options. Facilities were very clean, comfortable and warm. Free parking and a selection of shops within a minutes walk were bonuses.

The room was really comfortable- beds were great and the room was very clean. Full marks here. But it was so NOISY. We had the first room along the corridor at ground level and we heard every person coming and going. The front door self closes with a bang! We heard every person walking past and every car in the car park. At 3am it doesn't leave you happy and well rested. I know noisy guests are not the fault of the motel, but there are things they could do to mitigate environmental noise. Also they have a convenient vending machine in the foyer - but it doesn't chill the things inside! The location was great with the bistro next door and it was super easy to find just off the M1. Sorry, a very mixed review I know! A really nice place but I don't think I'd stay again due to the noise. Maybe a different room would be better.
