    Local area description
    South Melbourne is an inner-city suburb well-connected with the rest of the city via numerous tram lines. It’s a popular dining hub, thanks to its restaurants and coffee shops along Clarendon Street and in the surrounding streets. The neighbourhood offers a more tranquil atmosphere with its small parks and local markets, but is still only 10-20 minutes from the cosmopolitan dining, late-night entertainment and international shopping in the city’s central and riverside neighbourhoods.

    You are staying in a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbours. The following strict House Rules apply:

    - No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am
    - No parties or antisocial behaviour
    - No additional people are to access the property without our prior approval
    - No pets are allowed in the property without approval
    - No smoking is allowed at any times
    - If you break something, please let us know

    - To help protect all floor coverings do not wear any shoes inside the property

    Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.

    IMPORTANT: Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property.

    Finally, when checking out, we kindly ask you for the following:

    - Please leave all beds unmade
    - Please clean up your dishes and put them away
    - In case you have rearranged furniture, please put it back to the original location
    - Please take out the rubbish and remember to use the right bins
    - Please ensure all appliances, A/C and lights are off and doors and windows are closed

    - You’ll have access to the entire property when you stay here, so it will feel like your own home.
    - Key collection is offsite, 900 meters from the property and not available 24/7. Further details will be provided 3 days before check-in if your booking is successfully reserved.

Great location

Lovely apartment, tastefully decorated with the full range of appliances. The location is close to trams and restaurants and the South Melbourne Market Will definitely stay here again

Would not recommend property

The location was good, the unit itself was not user friendly, apart from making toast the kitchen was useless and not easy for making meals it was very hot in the apartment and the air con was inadequate, the skylight remote was not working and that made hot in the bedroom and it was quite airless, the Wifi wasnt working at the property this was a major problem as we not able to work then managers we informed however sent people in on our last day of a 4 day stay we said dont bother as we were leaving the next day the bathrooms could do with some shelves and it was slippery some globes were not working in the lights through out the apartment. I would not recommend it
