This centrally located 2-bedroom apartment features a spacious main bedroom with a queen bed, a second bedroom also with a queen bed and 2 cozy bathrooms. The living area includes a comfortable 3-seater sofa bed that converts to a double, along with a well equipped kitchen and dining space. Complimentary coffee and tea are provided, and there’s a laundry area with a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board for added convenience.

Immensely convenient surroundings. We're situated on Elizabeth St, only a 4min walk to Queen Victoria Market, and a 10min walk to RMIT or Melbourne Central station with access to everything all under the one roof.
You're only a short stroll away from QV, Emporium, Myer, David Jones, Chinatown, and more.
Great boutique bars, cafes and attractions around the area.

Getting Around:
Easy. Surrounded by trams, cabs, buses & trains, it makes getting in, out & around the city extremely convenient.
If you're not a fan of walking, there is a tram stop at the corner of Elizabeth & Therry St, just a 3min walk away from us.
Most importantly, all trams within the city grid are FREE. Just look out for the "FREE tram zone" signs.
No problems hitching a cab or getting on a bus on Elizabeth St if you would like to head out of the city.
If you plan to take a train, the Melbourne Central railway station is just a 6min free tram ride from us.
If you drive, the nearest paid parking lot is available at “Queen Victoria Market” which is just a 4min walk from us. Alternatively you may look online for other suitable parking options.
If you just need to park your car temporarily for an hour or so, then you may observe the paid street parking signs around us.
Other Things to Note:
Key collection instructions will be sent after booking. Kindly share your estimated arrival time to help us prepare for your check-in.
The space comfortably sleeps 4 but can accommodate up to 6 guests. An additional charge of AU$29 per person per night applies for the 5th and 6th guests.
The 5th and 6th guests will sleep on the 3-seater sofa bed, which folds out to a double.
The 3-seater sofa bed measurements:

• Seat depth: 70cm, Seat height: 45cm
• Bed width: 140cm, Bed length: 200cm
