We enjoyed a 3 night stay in a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was clean our host greeted us on arrival and went above and beyond to enjoy our stay was a very pleasant one. We would definitely recommend and will be back again!

These apartments are great and Bay Street is the prefect location for beach, shops, and being close enough to St Kilda and the city, but not close enough to get overwhelmed with city life. My only gripe was the apartment was a bit dark in the main living area because of the large trees in the courtyard. But that's being picky, because everything else was perfect. The host (Jason) was fantastic too.

Large, spacious, well appointed 2 bed, 2 bath apartment set back from the main street so very quiet. Great location. Really enjoyed our stay and will be back whenever in town.

The personal greeting from Jason on arrival and a run down of the property and amenities was very good, we were made to feel very welcome and at home.

Lovely apartment but a bit hidden and can be difficult to find. Great amenities and very helpful staff. Car parking also available with good directions. Great stay close to shops

Great spot to enjoy the best of Melbourne
As a family of 5, we found the apartment to be perfect. Easy parking, spacious and quiet, great facilities, walk to the train station and cafes and supermarket and beach and everything we needed really...... Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and homely apartment in great location
Short-term stay (less than one week) at short notice. Easy booking process and good communication from staff. Received a very affable orientation at check-in into a very residential complex in a nice part of Brighton. Very spacious third floor two-bedroom two-bathroom apartment, basement garage, balcony, place was nicely furnished and with a fully equipped kitchen. A little wear & tear in places, but clean and everything seemed to work.The only minor maintenance issue that popped up was promptly attended and fixed. Be mindful, this apartment is on the residential end of the serviced spectrum - no servicing for stays of less than a week, but the towels provided were plentiful. Overall a good experience, will happily stay here again.

Lovely Apartment Close to eateries and shops
We had a lovely stay at Brighton Bay Apartments. The apartment was close to lots of lovely restaurants, shops and railway station. Easy walk to grocery store if we wanted to eat in the apartment. Would have been nice if there was aircon in the bedrooms but that maybe because we are from Queensland and just use to that in our home and when we stay at apartments up this way. Would recommend staying at these apartments.

Ideal stay for a family that requires two bedrooms
Very well suited to my family's needs. Excellent communication from Jason re check-in/out even though our stay was during Dec 25-31 and the office was closed. Very handy to have both the dryer and washer in the bathroom. Really terrific to have two bedrooms, two bathrooms and free parking. No free Wi-Fi. Aircon only in the lounge but we had cool summer days while we were there.

Hidden Gem
Quiet and spacious appartments close to cafes and shops with secure parking underneath. Spotless with well equipped kitchen and handy rubbish chute. Close to hampton and church streets with IGA supermarket around the corner. Loved our stay.

great hotel and service was good
Next door is under construction so it was loud from our room, with 2 toddlers who have day naps it was a problem. The hotel manager kindly moved us to the other side of the building and the kids could nap again. Hotel was great, will stay again.

It's a convenient location close to restaurants and beaches. The decor is a little dated. The bed was a little uncomfortable and the flat screen television and audio is also dated. There is a new development being built next door which we were not notified about and the workers start early. Overall, it's ok, it's clean and I would stay there again

It was a big spacious apartment.
We were 2 retirement aged couples, all international travellers. It was handy to many restuarants, very close to the train and beach. It was ideal for what we needed.
