The location was great! The apartment itself didn’t have any paper towels and not enough TP for five days. It wasn’t as clean as if hoped- dirty windows and food and debris in the trash drawer. Only one fob worked so had to arrange it if our party was doing something different. I didn’t call about the fob but I would hope they would arrange for us to get another one. To retrieve (and return) the keys you have to go to a convenience store 2 blocks away. After flying 15 hours and traveling in an Uber this just adds stress. Try to get your code early! Mine didn’t show up so had to have the clerk at the store call them. You also have to email a photo id and your credit card to rent this place! In my 30 years of travel I’ve never had to do that. Emily was very kind and helpful when I was booking though:)
