Located in the heart of Melbourne Beach along Florida’s scenic Space Coast, the South Unit at BlueView Paradise is part of a three-unit oceanfront building. This two-story townhome offers a peaceful and comfortable coastal experience with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. It's perfect for families, couples, or friends looking to unwind with the beach just steps from the back door.

Guests have private access to the entire South Unit, including both interior floors and all indoor amenities. You'll also have direct access to the beach from the rear of the property.

You'll have full privacy inside the unit and shared use of all common outdoor spaces, with local support available should you need assistance during your stay.

This unit is part of a 3-unit oceanfront property. While each unit is private inside, some outdoor areas—including the oceanfront deck, backyard, picnic benches, and grills—are shared with other guests.
Each unit has 2 dedicated sun loungers; please be respectful of shared outdoor furniture and games.
We offer early check-in and late check-out options when available, for an additional fee. Please inquire ahead of time if interested.
We ask guests to help protect our coastal environment by:
Keeping doors closed to minimize salt air damage
Avoiding any climbing or walking on the dunes, which are protected and vital for beach preservation
Following sea turtle nesting guidelines from March to October (lights off, fill holes, no obstacles left overnight)
A starter supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, trash bags) is provided to get you through the first couple of days. After that, there is a Publix nearby that provides everything you could possibly need.
Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. to respect all guests and neighbors.
This is a non-smoking property, including patios and decks. There is a $250 smoking fee if caught. Please be respectful.
Guests are expected to leave the property in good condition. Excessive mess or damage may result in additional cleaning fees.
For groups of 7–8 guests, we provide an air mattress with linens included. For reservations of 6 guests or fewer, an air mattress can be made available upon request for an additional $50 per stay.
If you’ll need a crib during your stay, just let us know! We partner with a trusted local baby supply company and can help arrange everything you may need when traveling with little ones.
