What a wonderful home. Love the access to the beach. My kids spent hours out on the beach trying to surf and boogie board. We even had a dolphin show up the last morning we were there. It was so cool to see the sea turtle tracks. Lots of good sea shells to find too. Did not get to see any rocket launches but was told by one of the locals that you can see them just to the north of the house along the beach line. This house has it all. We did make breakfast each morning but there is enough supplies to cook any meal you would want. Views of the sunrise are breathtaking. Thanks for letting us stay are your beautiful beach home.

Perfect for us

It was the right size for us with seven people. The neighborhood was good, the beach was great. Communication with the property manager was great.The house seems a little bit older on the outside, but the Florida weather can really beat on a house. There were a couple of things that it was obvious that they were in the process of fixing, for example, they ordered a new stove top that came while we were there. I’m not complaining, I’m rather complementing the management on its attentiveness to making sure everything is in good working order.The kitchen was well supplied. We didn’t do a lot of cooking, but we did some and we found everything just fine.Nice patio. Great beach access. We really enjoyed ourselves!The only thing I would caution anyone about is that the bunkbeds are in the same bedroom as a full-size bed, so if you’ve got Couples, it really doesn’t sleep eight if the couple wants privacy.

Fantastic Location! House needs some maintenance.

We just returned from a stay at this property, and the location truly can’t be beat. Having the beach right in your backyard made it feel like a private escape. It was quiet, peaceful, and the views from the upstairs windows were absolutely stunning.That said, the home could really use some maintenance and a deep clean. There were patched holes in the walls that hadn’t been sanded or painted, a loose stair railing, and a missing cabinet door where the trash is stored. We also found beer bottle caps under the bed, and the master bed was broken, making sleep uncomfortable. The upstairs couch was also broken. While the windows offered incredible views, they were very dirty, even on the inside, which was disappointing given how much of the second floor is glass. One of the windows was broken as well. The outdoor furniture has definitely seen better days, with several pieces bent, broken, or worn out. The freezer wasn't keeping food frozen. With some updates and attention to detail, this property could easily be a five-star stay. The location alone is a true gem.

Ocean front puppy paradise.

My husband and our two small dogs stayed at the property for three weeks. Friends came down to join us for a few of those days. The house is spacious. The upstairs has the master with en-suite toilet, his and her closets and a double vanity as well as a fantastic view of the ocean. . The living area and kitchen were well appointed and offered fantastic views of the ocean as well. There s a half bath off the living area. The downstairs has two bedrooms, a bath and the laundry. We had plenty of space for our friends and ourselves. One of the best things for us about this home is the fenced in side yard that is tight for our dogs to safely play and potty. The property is on A1A so I was concerned about the dogs slipping leash and getting run over. The property is well screened by trees and bushes from the road but there is quite a bit of traffic sound especially in the morning. The ocean does mute the cars though. The ocean is the star of the show at this property. The owner has utilized windows and mirrors to allow you to see the water from just about everywhere you look. The deck has a comfortable seating area to sit around and chill. There were a few issues, the heat did not work for the first 10 days we were on property. When we arrived it was 58 degrees in the house. It took 2 visits by repair men and two parts to fix the issue. The microwave is broken and at times we could not lock the front door. Overall excellent place and we will consider returning.

Great beach location

We loved being right on the beach. Perfect location, great neighborhood, and private beach access. Loved that there were beach chairs, umbrella, and a surf board to use. Saw baby turtles, mama turtles, crabs, and dolphins/whales. We had a great time. A few suggestions to help the house be better are: a few staples like dishwasher tablets to start the dishwasher before we left, garbage bags (there were none and kitchen garbage was full when we arrived), kitchen towels & rags so we could wipe off counters and dry dishes, and pillowcases (there were extra pillows but no pillowcases). There were plenty of extra blankets and beach towels that were nice to use. Overall, a great place to stay and we had a great vacation.

no recomiendo la casa

Realmente no recomiendo la casa, desde que entramos notamos mucho olor a humedad, la casa Noé stabs limpia, la ropa de cama sucia, toallas húmedas, los cristales de la casa súper sucios! el ventilador del cuarto máster no funcionaba, el aire acondicionado roto el primer día que llegamos y tuvimos que movernos de propiedad al día siguiente! horrible

Ocean View Beach House

This was a perfect house to enjoy the ocean and specifically the 'Beach Life." Upon entering the house it was readily apparent that is was designed to enjoy the views and sounds of the Atlantic Ocean. Each bedroom and the lining area had views of the ocean/beach. A private walkway led to the beach. It was pet friendly and this helped us not have to board our dog letting the whole family enjoy the experience. We were not disappointed from morning through late night the ocean provided us activity and relaxation. The living room TV was only turned on once on the first day, that says something! Checkin and checking out were very smooth transitions. We did contact the property management with an issue which they were quick to resolve, taking our worries away. No one wanted to leave, but we take some great memories with us!
