My family returned to our hometown for a funeral. This house was beyond AMAZING! Situated on a quiet street and close to the beautiful beach where we grew up, this house was perfect for us. The living areas of this home are decorated very stylishly, and all of the furniture, linens, etc were beyond comfortable. The full kitchen is completely stocked and guests can prepare full meals. Publix is nearby for groceries. The gas grill works well and the screened patio has beautiful foliage for a private, nice place to gather. There is also a full dining room and kitchen bar with seating. The wonderful pool and grounds are maintained immaculately. This home also has a shed with everything one needs for the pool and the beach; beach umbrellas, chairs, pool toys and floats! There is a 6 person golf cart in excellent condition that guests can rent. The separate cabana is beyond wonderful with a nice bedroom, small kitchen area, luxurious shower and easy access to the main house, the pool, and front patio. The second bathroom includes a full-size washer and dryer and another beautiful shower. The main bathroom is very stylish with gorgeous tile, deep bathtub/shower combo and a delightful ceiling feature. The bedrooms are beautiful and decorated very well. The living room is spacious and has cozy furniture. There is lovely reading room with a chair that converts to a single bed. I highly recommend this house for any group. You will not be disappointed! We plan to return.
