We have family that has been coming down for over 15 years. At the time we were local and would spend the day at least once with them while they were here. We've since moved to Indiana and decided to actually vacation here - and we loved every minute of it. The condo is well equipped with everything you could think of and/or forgot. The beach feels so private. The kids have fun in the water and it's only a few short yards away for the conveniences of the bathroom or snacks. But our favorite part of this area is being able to observe the sea turtles as they come in to nest. Just be prepared for the mosquitos and no-see-ums. They can be brutal. It was also very convenient that there is washing facilities right on sight. We loved our stay and will plan a future trip soon.

Lovely vacation

The family and I had a great time here! Check in and out was super easy and smooth. The owners were easy to work with and very communicative. We actually got to see sea turtle hatchlings making their way to the ocean which our kids loved. Highly recommend would absolutely stay here again.

Short weekend stay

Needed a small quaint place to stay for the long weekend in Melbourne and this was perfect. It’s older and has a musty smell but being by water I would expect that somewhat. The owners were great and responsive and we had everything we needed for the weekend. Great location. It was a lovely little bungalow and we Would stay again.

Hear the surf from the living room!

This house is right on the ocean with a beach that is basically empty of people! We really enjoyed the beautiful ocean view and having the waves so close you could hear them from the house. While the house isn’t fancy, it was clean and comfortable and well-supplied. The owners were great at communicating. We were very pleased with this find.

The Perfect Getaway

We are so in love with this place, we’re already looking forward to our return. Our unit was super cozy, clean, and comfortable. It has all the kitchen amenities needed. The beach access is as convenient as it gets. Loved hanging out under the pergola enjoying the ocean breeze. We were fortunate enough to see the turtles come up and lay their eggs at night, one of the most majestic things we’ve ever seen. We also had a great view of a night rocket launch from the beach. Amazing!

We stayed for a week at Turtle Run and had the best time! A day trip up to Cocoa Beach, out to Merritt Island, down the street to Monster Hole and in our "backyard private beach". Restaurants like Mister O1 pizza, Coaster and Cafe Surfinista added to our adventures. It rained every afternoon but our space was comfy and felt like home... Thanks Marlene and Joe!

Absolutely Amazing!

If you are looking for a relaxing vacation, look no further. Amazing property. My family and I had the best time watching the sea turtles come up to nest! The property is clean and well maintained. It is quiet but near anything you could possibly want. We will be returning in the future!

Really quiet almost secluded peaceful beach.

Rental was great. The beach is quiet and extremely relaxing. We rarely ran into others and on our third day, my 3 kids and I were playing in the ocean and a school of dolphins came swimming up within a half a football field and were jumping out of the water playing, total amazing. One night, we walked the beach after dark in the moonlight and sighted a couple very large sea turtles walking up to the vegetation edge to lay their eggs. We also found a large amount of sea shells and a couple of large sand dollars. We couldn't have found a more comforting rental and highly recommend this rental.

Well-appointed clean and steps from the beach

I stayed here for about a week and a half, and it was one of the best vacations I’ve had. There’s a small yard that leads to the staircase to the beach, picnic tables and charcoal grills for each unit, and lots of different beach chairs, along with some sand toys. The unit itself was fairly spacious, with a small living room and dining area. Kitchen was well-appointed if you wanted to cook. One bedroom had a queen bed (that is old and should be replaced), and the other has two twins. Bathrooms is a bathroom. Both the owners and the property manager checked in on me and we’re available if needed. Honestly though, I can’t imagine you’d ever have a problem that wouldn’t be solved by walking 50 feet to the beach.
