  • Beautifully renovated 1 bedroom apartment in small boutique complex of just 4 special units. It's all about location. In the heart of Melbourne Beach directly on Ocean Avenue and one block from the sand. Just 6 properties from the sea and waves of pristine Melbourne Beach and two blocks to the Indian River and Town Pier. Across the street from a gourmet food market, restaurants, beach bar, and shops. PET FRIENDLY for well-behaved, clean pets. This 1st floor unit is in our duplex building.

    All 4 units in this Boutique complex have been completely renovated within the last 2 years. Beautiful custom kitchens with granite or teak wood countertops, bathrooms with walk-in showers and unique tile finishes, comfortable furnishings and tasteful art round out the space. Multiple windows and quiet mini split air conditioning and heating systems. Beautiful space to call your home for your vacation. Great little place close to the beach, awesome beach vibes from the area. Stayed for a long weekend for our son’s FIT graduation. Location was convenient for us to get to his activities and spend some relaxing time at the beach with just a short walk. The little coffee shop next door was wonderful, we became regulars there too! The host was great, responsive to questions while we were there. This is definitely on our list when we are back to the area.

Absolutely perfection location, within walking distance to multiple restaurants and bars! They provided everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Labor Day Getaway

Love the area.

The Brevard beaches have maintained their charm over the years - still not over built or over commercialized. Easy to get around, great places to eat with outdoor dining. Great seafood. We drove over from Tampa for a short stay and will definitely be back.

Quiet, but close to everything. Great restaurants, awesome market right across the street and an easy short walk to the beautiful and non crowded beach. Also nice to be able to walk to the river side too.
