"Bula! Saphire was a beautiful place to bring together a family group, but could benefit from a couple of simple changes. It’s a stunning location at the top of the hill, and perfect if you like a bit more solitude/happy to travel to do things. The pool is beautiful but on the cold/refreshing side because it’s in the shade. The house is huge, so could easily host a crowd. It’s reasonably set up for cooking but simple things like dishwashing liquid are missing. Lots of pretty run down/needs...

"We were a little disappointed with our stay. We arrived with a dead mouse in the shower, and I would say the house inside looked a little tired compared to the glossy pics on other sites.The beach in front is very rocky, so going for a swim or walk is not a great option.Getting here and back to Luganville also costs approx. 80 AUD so that is something to consider.The bbq area is only usable when there is no wind.
