Expedia/Hotels.con should have vetted Coconut Hotel Luang Prabang. Causing lots of inconvenience. Ended up staying at My Ban Lao in Luang Prabang instead. A bluer nice and upper class hotel. We loved the hotel. Found there is a Coconut Hotel in Vientiane. Staff was nice and is helping out getting refund. ...

"We had 2 rooms and to be honest both bathrooms were in desperate need of an upgrade. The shower doors didn’t close on either and the shower head was completely off in the other. They were in need of a good clean. The rooms were very small and dark although it was very quiet and the beds were comfy. "
