"Place overall is clean compared to other 2 star hotels we’ve stayed at. Interior design is relatively new and modern. There are a few rust spots on water faucets and shower. The knob in the shower even came off on my second day there. Breakfast is included every morning at the coffee shop connected. You get a complimentary cup of coffee (choose from cafe den or cafe sua da). Coffee shop is maintained by the receptionist as well. Just keep in mind this area is not central to all the restaurants...

The staff - who spoke very good English - were very attentive and kept in touch through WhatsApp and arranged numerous trips (including rescuing us when we had a flat bicycle tyre). "Amazing place. Big bedrooms with more than the needed stuff. Incredibly comfortable and big bed. Hotel friendly staff is very helpful and attentive all the time, making you feel comfortable and relaxed. Breakfast is indescribable. I have never seen such a big and diverse buffet. The best option in this area. It's really worth it."
