"We only booked one night as we didn’t know how long we needed to stay due to a family situation. The hotel kept our room open whether we used it or not and only charge for the days we are here at discounted rates. All staff are incredibly helpful and friendly and hugely empathetic. "

"We had the most wonderful stay at Blackwell House in Scarva! From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome — nothing was too much trouble. The house itself is absolutely beautiful, full of charm and character, with every little detail thought of to make guests feel at home. The food was incredible (and plentiful!) and the rooms were spotless, cosy, and luxurious all at once. It’s one of those rare places where you can truly switch off and relax, and yet still feel utterly spoiled....

"The history, cosy atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff; all combined to impress me from check-in to check-out. I slept soundly in a large comfortable bed and in the morning they served me a choice of a big vegetarian or meat-lover’s breakfast. Simply superb! Well done to the team at Kilmorey Arms Hotel !
