"Advertised as Family friendly so we booked an expensive 1 night stay. For myself my wife and my 4 year old daughter as it had a swimming pool. We were told when we arrived my daughter could only access the pool if she was 5. This was only hidden in the T&Cs and not flag until we arrived despite giving my daughters DOB. "This is not a hotel it’s like a cabin were there was no facilities at all even the receptionist are but helpful and they don’t know what they doing as if they were just put in a job on the spot no phone in the rooms if you need some inquiry or assistance there is no overnight staff so you could be stuck here as it’s far away from anywhere …as we explore and have happened to have conversations with local folks then we were told that this hotel is used to accommodate refugees!!"

"Overall, my experience was positive with a few minor drawbacks. My room was located in a separate building, just above the gym. There were no lifts, so this could be an issue for people with mobility issues. The room itself was on the smaller side but had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. "We came for a family night away to celebrate a birthday and we really found the hotel to be relaxed and friendly from the minute we got there. Our room was clean and within minutes of checking in staff came in with a basket and bowls for our dog. We had a few drinks in the bar area that evening which was busy due to football but a great atmosphere. The breakfast was lovely and the choice was great. We used the gym and spa and found the staff in the golf shop all to be extremely friendly...

"Great place - rooms are great, comfy bed, welcome green and blacks chocolate. Staff are lovely at check in and the breakfast staff are fantastic, work hard and fast - really impressed. "This airport hotel is much further away than the map shows from the terminal. There are many more closer. Check in was difficult even though they have terminals that are supposed to be faster because staff not trained. Service in restaurant was non existent. Strange bed frame setup that kept me hitting the base with my toes! Only provided 1 bath towel, 1 medium towel, soap dispenser did not work properly. And hotel shuttle service didn't follow written schedule. All in all an average...

"Stayed Sun to Mon over bank hol wkend. Billed as a spa hotel in country so we thought we would relax. ...But the calamity of errors begun. I would not stay here again. Beautilul venue in a lovely setting, ruined by servises, staff, facilities with a "no can do" attitude."
