"We stayed here for a friend’s wedding in Italy. While the location was ideal, we were very disappointed with some basics. The fridge and freezer were turned off on arrival, taking over a day to cool in 39C heat, so we had no cold food or drinks. "A real hidden gem! Palazza Della Bianca is amazingly comfortable and clean; simply breathtaking. Walkable to the Leaning Tower, many restaurants, and souvenir shops. Owner, Ivanka, was extremely friendly and helpful as we needed to arrange transportation back to the train station at the end of our visit. Highly recommend this hotel!!"
