Property was amazing. Stunning views, just a short walk out the door to the river. The house had everything we needed. The check in and check out process very easy. Communication with property owner was easy! We absolutely loved the home. It was so clean and comfortable. We will be back.

Clean, comfortable, and quiet. Convenient location for getting to Crater Lake in 1 hour and Redwoods in 2. Also, easy access to Medford and Grants Pass, though the grocery store in town has all you need to picnic or cook.

Southern OR getaway-from-it-all

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. Great space for everyone to spread out. We saw wildlife daily (wild turkeys, loons, deer and lots of birds). We had hoped to fish here, but the river was too rapid. We still loved sitting by the river and listening to the lulling sounds of it. The property owner was very responsive when we had a plumbing issue, and it was fixed very quickly. Would stay here again!

Secluded and beautiful

The one word used by all was cozy. River was amazing and listening to it relaxing. Everything needed was provided. What a great location for many nearby experiences. We all felt safe, secluded, and enjoyed the peace and quiet. Outdoor table was the gathering place from early morning coffee to evening conversation. Thank you for sharing!

;beautiful and relaxing

We had 3 family memebers from 4 states meet here for a long weekend. Small family reunion. Plenty of space to visit, beautiful view and well stocked. Very secluded and a luttle hard to find, but after finding it, it was easy to get to and from. We hope to come back next year!

Fishing and cooking paradise

We enjoyed a small family gathering here. This place met everyone’s needs; those who wanted to fish, folks who enjoy cooking, and some of us who just enjoyed sitting on the porch visiting and watching the rafts go by. There were short outings to catch a play in Ashland and hit some trails. Wendy bailed us out on the arrival process by providing a FaceTime guide into the property. Note that you should take a right at the 4x4 sign and climb up the hill (1st fork we saw). Once we settled in, everyone commented that this is the most stocked kitchen anyone has ever seen on their travels. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Kind support staff and kind neighbor! This has become a family tradition

We love this property, it's comfortable, clean and you cannot beat the river. We have stayed here several times and love it. It's close to the lake so we take the boat and have made many memories, thanks for always being such a great host!

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay. We visited Ashland for dinner and a show. We did the Wizard Island tour at Crater lake (the lake tour starts on the other side of the lake so a longer drive than expected). This was a nice central location to get to both. The river was running very fast so we weren't able to swim or fly fish from the property. The house was lovely and we had a great time cooking, playing games, and watching movies together. I would recommend this home to anyone.

Great place that met all our needs

Quiet location, comfortable home with everything we needed for a great stay. We thought River access might be a little easier based on the picture of the river in the listing. We enjoyed the both the indoor and outdoor spaces when we were chilling.

Fantastic family getaway

This property was the perfect place for our family get together.It is so much better than it seems on the VRBO site.The house has a great view of the river and the wildlife that passes by.We saw deer and turkeys every day we were there.The porch and decks give you a wide variety of sun and shade spots throughout the day and there always seems to be a cooling breeze of off the river.Inside ,the kitchen and dining areas flow together well and the living room is huge ! The bedrooms are very comfortable.We have stayed at many places before and this was the best maintained and well equipped house we have ever stayed at.If you're looking for a quiet place to just hang out and relax, this is it !

Wonderful!

Place was fabulous for 5 of us. Lots of room - both inside and out. Very beautiful and quiet property. Great for relaxing with family and friends. Owners were very responsive and great to deal with. Answered the couple of questions we had within minutes! Would definitely stay again!

Quiet and relaxing getaway

The home is very clean and welcoming plenty of room for a family. The area is quiet and peaceful and is right on the rogue river. We were able to see lots of wildlife during our stay such as deer, wild turkeys, and rabbits. We truly enjoyed our stay and recommend this prpoerty who is looking for a quiet and secluded getaway.

Tucked away gem

A little off the beaten path but what a wonderful place! 15 minutes down a dirt road and you’re in your own little world. Deer and turkey all around and the river’s in the front yard. Great place to bbq and relax, landed a couple stealhead as well.

Beautiful home, very secluded location

Our family enjoyed a very relaxing time here. This home is beautiful and in a very secluded location. There are so many different places to relax inside the house. We enjoyed the many books and puzzles. We did venture out for one day to visit Kriselle Cellars, Lillie Belle Farms Handmade Chocolates, Rogue Creamery Cheese Shop and Harry & David, which are all worth a visit. This was our first stay here, we hope to come back for some hiking and paddle-boarding.

Very peaceful

Wonderful, warm home. Enjoyed the extensive variety of books and the perfect quiet place to read them. Overall this was a great quality time with family. We hiked to a few waterfalls, rafted down the Rogue, fished and played card games.👍😊
