PROPERTY RULES:

1) Each guest and visitor must be registered and must show their ID or passport at the building’s entrance.
2) EVERY PERSON UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY THEIR PARENTS OR PRESENT A NOTARIZED PERMISSION FORM.
3) Use of the apartment is permitted only for residential, business, or leisure purposes; no meetings or parties of any kind are allowed in the apartment.
4) Any damage caused to the apartment or property’s belongings must be reported to the company providing the rental service and must be addressed and repaired within 7 business days.
5) In case of fire, do not use the elevator.
6) It is strictly forbidden to smoke any type of substance on the building premises or in the apartment, including cigars and tobacco. A fee of $50.0 USD will be charged if you are found smoking inside.
7) You are not allowed to leave any type of items with the security guards in the building.
8) Pets are allowed, but you must exercise caution.
