Everything was beautiful, natural, and almost perfect.
I would just like to share two small points of feedback:
1. Room amenities: My reservation was always for two people, but the room was set up for one (one glass, one towel, one bottle of water). It would be ideal if this could be considered from the start. This happened on both nights, even after I mentioned it the first evening.
2. Pool area: One of the lifeguards on the morning shifts of Friday 28th and Saturday 30th was not very courteous and came across as a bit rude, which made me feel uncomfortable. I entered the pool area before opening hours just to sit and write not to use the pool and the way he addressed me didn’t feel appropriate. Later, when leaving, he asked me for the towel again in a way that didn’t feel polite. This was very different from the courtesy of the rest of the staff, especially the lifeguard on the afternoon shift of November 27th, who was very pleasant
