"Tiki House is a fantastic place to stay if you are looking to unplug from daily life. The owners are very friendly and responsive. The home is very comfortable from the beds to the furniture. The outdoor living area was our favorite part and the seating area under the house is practically on the beach with an incredible view. The beach head bathroom is very convenient too. "My wife and I stayed here with our two adult daughters. We had a great time. The house is big with plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms, including one separate room downstairs with its own ensuite bathroom. There are three kayaks and we all enjoyed paddling out and swimming off the kayaks. Great views from the screen porch. (Don't rent on the gulf without a screen porch. Seriously.) Perfect spot for coffee at sunrise. We don't fish, but looks like a lot of people were fishing and crabbing....

"We had a wonderful vacation at this property. The gulf is only steps away from the house which makes carrying items to the beach essentially a non issue. The house was well stocked and immaculately clean. The beds were comfortable and the porches were great for dolphin and pelican watching. The provided kayaks were really enjoyed by our teen boys. We will be back. "

"We had such a wonderful stay at this peaceful riverfront home in St. Marks. My husband and I brought our two dogs and our kayaks, and it was the perfect spot to unwind. We launched right from the dock and paddled up the river—so much wildlife to enjoy! We even got to see a few manatees swimming by. The water was clear and beautiful, and it truly felt like old Florida—the way we remember it growing up. The screened-in porch quickly became our favorite place to sit, relax, and just watch the river...

"My favorite was sitting on the porch! We all enjoyed the screened in porch with the swing and rocking chairs! It was beautiful out there. I love Old homes, and the high ceilings with original details was very nice. It is not a new home, so if you are looking perfection with all the new things, I wouldn't recommend this home. BUT, if you want to escape to the past with Old Floridian charm, this is the home for you! Bring your fishing pole and fresh shrimp... you will be sure to catch some...
