"The location couldn't be better! We enjoyed the fireworks on the dunes for on the 4th. Beds were comfortable, we enjoyed the water, sand, sun, and just being together. The owner is quick to respond to any questions and take care of any issue. We definitely recommend this vacation rental."

"Everything was clean and neat. Host was responsive. Area was convenient. The kitchen had all the utensils, dishes and cooking supplies necessary for simple meals. We enjoyed dining outside on the deck. The AC worked OK as needed. They provided a fan in the bedroom which we placed at the door to suck in the cool air. We did have ocassional issues with the outside door keypad but just went around the front if we couldn't get it to open."

"Condo was very clean and on 2nd floor overlooking James St. No elevator. While there are 2 doors for the building, the code to get into the building only works on the back door (safety? Or we did it wrong) and not the front door on James St.Basic simple amenities- providing only what was needed which was totally fine for us. Could have used an additional blanket for the bed. We could’ve taken a blanket from the other bedroom—-we just turned up heat instead. There are working smoke detectors...

"The house was perfect for our large crowd and like a mini hotel! Overall, the house itself was clean inside but the outside is in desperate need of some TLC (weeds pulled, bushes trimmed, etc) and a good power washing. I get that it's in the woods and all but the green mold right around the main deck was a bit gross. Also, the main door needs some help as it was very difficult to open and close. The kitchen was great with most everything we needed with the exception of pot holders and dish...
