"The property is very spacious, the rooms and bathrooms are very clean. Kitchen is wellequipped. Game room is also fun for kids. Host is very responsive. The extra room by the basement can have additional carpet and heating during winters. We had a fun stay!"

"Yes. It was perfect for me for visiting family and friends in Nevada City. Convenient and easy access to downtown. Also a plus that it was a west facing basement walkout, so it stayed cool for the hot summer nights and days. I would 100% stay here again."

"Great home for a family getaway! Our family of 6 adults and one child enjoyed our weekend here. Every need was taken care of from a well-equipped kitchen, to comfy beds and even a "treasure chest" of little toys and books for our granddaughter to play with. We highly recommend this home!"

"Check-in was seamless. The little cottage is quaint and comfortable. The kitchen is open and has everything you need. "

"The home was home was well kept. Plenty of large space to gather and for alone time. The only down fall to this place is that the county only allows for 6 person total. So you forced to choose who comes with and who has to stay home. On another plus side it had not perfect but great vehicle access if you have a truck down to river. Save us from having to walk up and down hill. And carrying stuff up and down"

"The little house where we stayed was charming, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The hosts were hospitable and friendly, and they made both us and our dogs feel welcome. It was nice to walk around the property and explore a bit. It was a great way to get out of the city."

The kitchen is very well equipped and we had no problem cooking all of our meals over seven days. The beds were very comfortable and our grandchildren loved the bunk room.
