"Absolutely wonderful, peaceful place to stay right on the Ichetucknee with all its wildlife and pristine beauty. Property was clean, well equipped, and spacious. Loved taking long morning walks along the sandy roads through the neighborhood, swimming in the cool clear water, watching the fish and spotting ibis, herons, woodpeckers and hawks right from our deck. Kid caught little minnows in the fish trap during the day and toads after dark (we released both). We will be back as soon as we can! "

"The property is beautiful and right on the water. There was a grill and hang out spot under the house to keep us dry when it rained and a fire pit out back for when it wasn’t. Super close to several gas stations and a dollar store. In between numerous springs, we chose Ginnie Springs. We love having our own spaces still when we vacation so having a whole house was awesome! The owner was very helpful and easy to contact throughout our entire stay. We had a great time and will be back!"

"The property was great and exactly as described. The location is great with easy access to the springs in the area.we enjoyed having the kayaks available to enjoy the river and the view from the balcony is great. There were a few gnats about outside but none of them were of the biting kind. Would definitely stay again."

"Beautiful place with a cool vibe crystals everywhere. My 2 cats and I stayed in the cat room. Yard and porches were amazing. Saw deer at any time of day whole families with fawns. The owner supplied food for them and answered any questions I had immediately. Very nice furniture indoors and out. I brought way too much stuff they had everything there I needed now I know for the next time. Same time next year had so much fun at the springs"

"Our stay at the cabin was amazing! We especially loved the neighborhood parks in the area. Hodor Park was beautiful, peaceful, and never crowded — it felt like our own private retreat. We also had a great time at Ginnie Springs, which was perfect for some family fun with the kids. Another highlight was visiting O’Leno State Park, where we got to see the suspension bridge — such a cool experience! The whole area is quiet and relaxing, which made our trip even more enjoyable. "Our stay was just what we hoped it would be. We enjoyed just relaxing as we watched the deer and turkeys come eat the corn we put out for them. We kayaked the Santa Fe river from behind the home to the mouth of the ichetucknee river and swam in the crystal clear spring waters. The cottage is located where you can easily access either the Santa Fe, Ichetucknee, or Suwannee rivers. We will definitely be returning."
