Yes oets were allowed and it said ul to 2 pets but they charged 200.00 for the pets. The back yard could use a little more attention to the cleanliness. Old floaties were left behind, hammock was dirty, old tv box in trash pile, pool and hot tub were not cleaned before our arrival. Leaves and debris on poll and hot tub. No mop, no broom, no trash bag, no napkins.i contacted owner but she did just said they should be there. I checked and told her that were missing and requested them but she never rought the supplies. Overall the home was ok and inviting but i cant give them 5 stars based off of the overall appearance of the backyard and missing supplies.last but not leastbthe bed co ers didnt smell clean.
