Disappointed
There is no on site management. The TV did not work, so at 7:30PM I had to call. A woman arrived 15 minutes later. And took done time, repeating the same steps I had, then finding she needed to reprogram the thing. I told her I was disappointed that, at this price point, we had to have our evening interrupted and host a visitor. She became incredibly defeMove And rude. Told me I should be thanking her and appreciating that she took the time to come. At no time, as a manager, did she apologize for the property dysfunction. Instead, she went on the attack. I was firm but never attacked her personally. They choose to manage remotely and should have things of this sort on the housekeeping check list. Given her terrible attitude, I would not stay here again.
