"We had the best time staying here for our Kentucky Derby party! The property was exactly what we needed—clean, spacious, and perfect for hosting. The outdoor space and amenities made the whole experience even more fun for our group.The host was absolutely wonderful—so kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. "This was a great cozy home with 3 equally sized rooms and a full bathroom. It's tucked up a dirt/gravel road and while I got up okay in my Nissan Sentra, I'd recommend a truck or something with decent ground clearance, especially if your staying during the rainy season. I was surprised to be immersed into wildlife! I was fortunate to enjoy a sea of fireflies, morning bunnies, and a family of deer at dusk. The host was friendly and communicative. I enjoyed my stay at this sweet home."

"Super clean and stocked with everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Hard to come by 3 king size beds, and very comfortable at that. Nice drive from the main road. Beautiful furnishings and quiet surroundings. Perfect for our family of 4, with our four legged girl too loved our hikes to Copperas Falls, & Rock Bridge Trail to Creation Falls!! Dined at Hungry Hiker & Miguel’s Pizza, yummy! Thank you Mike and Debbie for a beautiful place to get away!!"
