Important layout note:

The pool is located in a separate enclosed structure just outside the home.

To access it:

• Open the hallway door
• Step outside
• Enter the pool building through a second door just a few feet to your left

This design keeps humidity away from the main house while still making the pool extremely convenient.

We are always available via Airbnb app! But will not be on site unless needed

-cars can be parked 3 wide and multiple deep, but if more than 8 vehicles are present will be tight.

-AWD is always recommended in the winter months

-no refunds will be issued due to weather. We highly recommend purchasing Airbnb’s travel insurance at time of booking
