I wanted to share some serious concerns about the condition of the property upon our arrival. From the moment we walked up to the house, it was clear that cleanliness and maintenance had been overlooked. The stairs leading to the entrance were littered with debris that easily could have been swept away.Inside the home, it appeared as if someone had just left without making any effort to clean. There were dirty dishes in the sink and dishwasher, food crumbs and sticky residue on the counters, and what looked like marker drawings on the countertops—likely from a child. In the master closet, we found cards and baby toys scattered on the floor, along with a large water stain on the carpet in the master bedroom.The carpeting on the stairs was filthy, covered in dirt and debris. The overall lack of cleanliness raised concerns about whether the bedding had even been washed. We attempted to do laundry but found there was no detergent—and worse, the washing machine was full of black mold. Absolutely disgusting.Outside, the hot tub and sitting area were completely neglected, covered in dirt and clearly not cleaned for quite some time. It was uninviting and unusable.This experience was incredibly disappointing and far below any reasonable standard for a rental property. I would never recommend this property to anyone.
