The property was spacious for our group of 10. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool table and other games that were available. The kitchen was well stocked with pans and dishes. We had a great visit!

Great option for JMU graduation!

The house was large enough for our big group! We especially appreciated the open floor plan on the main floor and the outdoor gathering space. The grill was a great feature and the sun hits the deck most of the day. We enjoyed our long weekend and are glad we chose this house over hotel rooms for JMU graduation.

Great time at a wonderful house

Only thing missing was a hot tub that would have made the house near perfect. Driveway was a little steep for some vehicles. But it is the mountains!! Thanks for a great time!!

We love this property - it’s the perfect size for our group, the hosts are super responsive and accommodating, and convenient to all Massanutten has to offer. The kitchen is well appointed. If you have people staying downstairs in winter, I recommend you bring an extra heater or blanket, but I like the cold so it works for us!

Perfect getaway

Great location and easy to get to the slopes in under 5 minutes! Celebrated our sons 16th Birthday with family and friends and there was something for everyone. House/bedroom layout is great. Property manager/owner was responsive and accommodating! Can’t wait to book again!

Great location and nice, open floor plan!

We enjoyed a wonderful extended weekend here with three families/many kids! The house has great separation for multiple families and three king beds (awesome!). The location was fantastic. We hiked, rode ponies, fed the farm animals, and cooked meals in the well-appointed kitchen. The place was clean and our communication with Lee was excellent. We plan to be back…thank you!!

Beautiful fall stay

This house did not disappoint. There was plenty of space in this nicely appointed home and we were close to amenities yet we felt like we had plenty of privacy amongst the beautiful trees surrounding this property. We will stay again!

Good for our family Thanksgiving

This house worked well for us for our family Thanksgiving. The kitchen was very well equipped for fixing the big meal. Mr. Dearing was very responsive to all our questions. The only place I think the house could have been better is to have a table or chest of drawers in all the bedrooms. The master bedroom has everything needed. But overall this house worked very well for the 11of us in our family—7 adults, 3 teens and one tween.

Lovely, spacious house

We had a great experience. It's a large house that easily fit 6 adults and 6 elementary school kids. Very clean at check-in. Well-equipped kitchen. Large deck with a nice table and gas grill. Fun activities: pool table, foosball, even an arcade game console. Good location close to Massanutten with lots to do very nearby. Highly recommend!

Nice house near Shenandoah

My family and I (6 adults and 3 children) stayed for a great week-long vacation in June. The house was clean and Lee was always very responsive if there were any extra supplies we needed. The kitchen is very well stocked and has an open lay out, which was appreciated since we cooked frequently. It is just over 20 mins from the house to the nearest Shenandoah NP entrance station and there are a few grocery stores 15-20 min away. We were a little disappointed that we were unable to access the pool nearby as we expected based on the listing. It is also worth noting that the driveway is a bit tricky. There is plenty of room behind the house, but you have to go down a steep and curved driveway without much room to turn around at the bottom. We only had two cars and can imagine it being harder with much more than that, but doable. Overall a very nice house and a nice stay.
