The hotel was clean. I had a problem with the toilet in the room and was told I would be compensated, but I am still waiting to hear from the manage. I wrote to her two weeks ago.

My family and I stayed here last night. When checking in, they were apparently close to capacity and had double booked our room. Thats not the issue, The issue was that she said out loud our room number which is a security breach. There were two other men at the front desk checking in. I know this may go over many heads but this was a security risk, especially if I were traveling by myself. In other news, there was no hot water in our room. That needs to be addressed.

Just ok. Our room was wide open when we got there. The desk said, it’s ok. Housekeeping forgot shut door, and also forgot to put a shower curtain in the bath room.

Disappointing stay from “regulars”
We always stay here on our trips to Disney. Sadly, this will be our last stay here. I will say the beds were comfy and our room was clean (with the exception of some standing water on the shelves in the shower and the used bottles of conditioner and shampoo they left out for us). However, we needed bedding for the pull out sofa. There was none in the closet so I called the front desk. She asked if I wanted to come get it or have her bring it up. I said either would work and she said she’d bring it up. She never did so we went down to get it (not a big deal) but we were then informed that she didn’t have any blankets. So we were given a sheet and a pillow. Disappointing for a winter stay. Breakfast the next morning was disappointing. There was no water, orange juice was out of service, and no milk for the cereal options. The options were limited as is, but my kids would’ve eaten the cereal had there been milk. Our room keys also stopped working. I went to tell them and the guy at the counter immediately ran the card through and told me to keep it away from my phone and out of my wallet. He did not ask for my ID or any sort of confirmation that it was for my room so I could’ve easily accessed anyone’s room had I given him their room number. Use those safety locks!

1. The night check in lady was rude and arrogant. 2. I booked a suite for 6 occupants however I was told they only stock the room with 4 towels and 4 wash cloths and the night check in person told me she couldn’t give me any more. 3. The room bathroom sink did not drain so no one could fix it so the night person offered us a King room in which I said it still won’t work for 6 occupants. 4. I was later offered to trade for another 2 queen room that was not occupied yet. This was ok. 5. There was no hair dryer in the bathroom. There is always a dryer in every hotel I’ve stayed in since I was 3 yrs old. Why would there be none here? 6. The water was only luke warm in the shower and varied between warm and cold when it was on. 7. The free breakfast offered dry packs of oatmeal and cereal but there was no milk and no one around to ask about it. The orange juice machine was out of juice and the decaf coffee machine was broken. 8. The exterior emergency exit door was forever unlocked providing easy access to the building 24 hours all day. This says a lot about concern for guests security. 9. The pull out sofa bed floor under it was not swept and there were many stains in the rooms carpeting. 10. The television did not work to show any channels like the antenna was not connect something. 11. The elevator hallway buttons plate was loose and possibly falling out on the 2 floor elevator hallway panel. I would never recommend this particular Comfort Suites to any one

Unhappy with how long the incidental fee is held!
First of all, the desk agent, Ebony was delightful. Pleasant, friendly and efficient, she gave a great overview of hotel benefits and options. I have a significant issue with the $100 incidental policy. I have no issue with the holding the charge until checkout, but to hold the money for 5-10 days before having it returned to the credit card is ridiculous. The policy is of course declared at time of reservation and check-in, so I was aware of it, but I object non-the-less. Room is serviceable and clean. Walls are a little thin, could overhear noise from nearby rooms. The refrigerator doesn’t have a freezer, was barely cold and could not be adjusted to keep refrigerated goods cold.
