"The apartment was roomy. Plenty of room for our pups and our twin granddaughters when we babysat them. The property outside does not appear to being cared for. The apartment is over the garage of a house. And, as said in a previous review, the bed is not a queen...it is definitely just a full. The location itself is quiet and easy to walk around just a few houses down from the ocean. "

"They are texting me and asking me for pay again. Second time I stayed and second time this happened. The first time they found my payment before I had to help figure out what happened and now they are doing the same thing. It’s a very weird thing for me to book on Expedia and then have the host hound me for payment after I leave. Now the second time they are asking for proof of payment again. It’s a horrible way to conduct business"

"Fabulous location in town location! It was much larger than we expected - 2 levels. Nice open layout on the main level with 2 BR/BA and a 3rd BR/BA on 2nd floor. Owners are very responsive before and during the trip. We could not connect to the TV, but owner quickly offered assistance. Bathrooms can use some towel racks and shelves. Beds/pillows were comfy! "Everything at this location was as shown on the listing and it was very clean. We were very satisfied with all elements of this stay. We were there for a weekend and did not use the place heavily, but it suited our needs. It's a quiet location. They had all the major points covered. The only negative comment I have is that the water out of the tap was smelly. I suggest bringing a couple of bottles of water and not drinking the water out of the taps. This is obviously a well maintained home...
