Great base for Victor Harbour and Fleurieu
Everything is as advertised. Great views, quiet neighbourhood, just a couple of minutes from central Victor Harbour. Probably one of the best equipped houses we have rented. Very thoughtful provision of facilities and items that you would need for a comfortable stay. Amber the host is very responsive if you have any questions about how things work. Would recommend and would stay again.

Wonderful!!
Bluffview Lookout was just wonderful!! When arriving we were greeted with soft music playing and a SPECTACULAR view (exactly as shown in the photo!). The property was very clean and had everything we needed and more. The bed was comfortable as was the lounge, where we spent the evenings watching movies or stargazing after big days out on day trips to the surrounding areas and historical coastal towns from what was a perfect location!! Thank you Amber for your hospitality 😃😃

Gorgeous view, relaxed space
On a sunny day, nothing beats the view over Victor Harbour, Granite Island and the bluff. The property is private, in a quiet street. As an older house that has received a light makeover, it is a bit retro, but all facilities are more than adequate. Amber was responsive to deal with.

The location is a 5 minute drive to the centre of Victor Harbor where there is dining and shopping options. The property has a fantastic panorama view over Encounter Bay and Granite Island. The house is clean, comfortable and in a quiet location. The bathroom and kitchen are older style but functional and well equipped. The split system, gas fire and bedroom panel heater kept the house warm. There was a pedestal fan in the bedroom for summer but knowing how hot it can get there, a ceiling fan would be a useful addition to the bedroom. Overall an excellent property and host and we would certainly stay here again.

Fantastic view and atmosphere
My little family of 3 adults and 2 kids had a wonderful stay at the property. The view was amazing and although the weather was bad it was nice to sit in front of the fire place watching the rain roll in. Very clean and had everything we needed.

This was our second stay at Bluffview. Stunning views, comfy beds, heating/cooling, good quality items in the unit and everything we needed. A little on the pricey side but worth it.

Lovely stay for a music festival
Thanks for a lovely 3 night stay. The house had everything we needed and the bed was extra comfy. Driveway is a bit steep to negotiate reversing out of, but the view is worth it.

Wonderful views
This is a little oasis surrounded by its green canopy. Then there are the full length windows looking over the harbour. Wonderful. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Highly recommended.

Panoramic views
We had a lovely stay. The accommodation was really nice and clean. The views out the windows were panoramic. We got to see Whales swimming in the water out of those fantastic windows and that just made the holiday for us.

Great location!
The location of this property is great, loved the big windows overlooking Victor Harbour. The fire was lovely on the cold nights. House is very well equipped with everything you could want, the kitchen had everything you could possibly need for a longer stay.

True to online photos, living area , kitchen and bedroom all clean and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The views along the coastline were just fabulous and we enjoyed watching the windsurfers.

Beautiful view
The place itself is a mix of old and new : the living- and diningroom were modern, the rest of the house a bit old but it has everything you need and all was very neat and the kitchen was fully equipped. From the living_ and diningroom one has a beautiful view on the beach, Granite Island and the Bluff. Unfortunately it was very cloudy when we were there, so we couldn't use the outside terras.

AVERAGE HOLIDAY PROPERTY
Overall the property was smaller than expected, especially the bathroom and bedrooms. Living and dining areas are very good but the outside areas are overgrown and unclean.

Thanks for the feedback Lea. We are glad that you enjoyed the living and dining areas, they have great ocean views and are so spacious! I am sorry that the bedrooms were too small. They both are queen sized rooms with room for bedside tables and storage in the way of cupboards etc but the photos may have made them look bigger than you expected. We will be looking to ways to make more use of the space for our future guests so thanks for letting us know. We will have our maintenance person check the outside area to make sure its in good condition.

Couldn't recommend any more highly!
The property was exactly as described, had absolutely everything we could need. Beds were comfortable, gas log fire was a lovely touch on a cold night & the floor to ceiling glass in the lounge overlooking the bay, with nothing blocking the view, is exactly as per the pictures. Competitively priced, there is nothing more we could have asked for!

Spectacular views!
Lovely place to stay - quiet, very spacious, well-equipped and comfortable. Although it’s not a modern luxury home it’s beautifully maintained and decorated. Beautiful gas log fire as well as A/C heating made it cosy and warm. Would have been even better if milk had been provided for a cuppa on arrival! Also remember to pack your own shampoo & conditioner.
