We are located near the train tracks, so noise is expected occasionally.



The Space:

The Birch is a modern-rustic 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom cabin that comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living spaces, and all the essentials for a relaxing stay just minutes from Lava Hot Springs and other local attractions. Perfect for families, couples, and friends exploring Southeast Idaho.



Other things to note:

We are next to train tracks, so noise is expected. This complex also has 6 other short term units and a few long term tenants nearby.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire cabin during their stay, including all indoor living spaces and designated parking. Please note that other Creekside Cabins may be occupied by fellow guests, so we ask everyone to be respectful of shared outdoor areas and quiet hours.

Nestled in the charming landscape of McCammon, Idaho, our townhouse offers the perfect home base for your Southeast Idaho adventures. You are positioned in a peaceful area that serves as a gateway to some of the region's most beloved natural attractions. A quick seven minute drive brings you to the world famous Lava Hot Springs, where you can soak in the therapeutic mineral waters or enjoy the excitement of the Olympic swimming complex and indoor aquatic center. For outdoor enthusiasts, the renowned Pebble Creek Ski Area is easily accessible, offering fantastic winter sports and summer hiking opportunities. While the neighborhood provides a quiet retreat, local dining and convenience shops are just a short drive away, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable stay while being close to the action.



Getting Around:

To ensure a stress free arrival at The Magnolia, we recommend traveling by car as public transportation options are limited in the rural McCammon area. You will enjoy the convenience of dedicated parking located directly in front of your unit, making unloading your belongings effortless. For those flying into the region, the Pocatello Regional Airport is the closest major hub, located approximately thirty minutes away by car. Having your own vehicle is the best way to explore the nearby Lava Hot Springs and Pebble Creek Ski Area at your own pace.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that there are railroad tracks located behind the property. Trains pass through occasionally, and guests may hear train noise during their stay. While most guests find it to be a minor part of the area’s charm, we like to mention it in advance so there are no surprises.
