The two-level main house features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, multiple living spaces (including a cozy propane fireplace), while a separate two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment (downstairs) gives extra privacy for extended families or larger groups. Two full kitchens mean everyone can coordinate meals without getting in each other's way.

Soak in the private hot tub, gather around the spacious decks, or enjoy lawn games and ample parking in the horseshoe driveway. Close enough to downtown for convenience, far enough away to feel like a true escape.

This is a non-refundable property for summer rentals.

All reservations must submit identification and sign the DoneRight Management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking.

This home has a two-night minimum stay, but some date ranges require a 3 or 4-night stay.

Make yourself at home, but please be respectful of locked cupboards and doors that indicate a private space.

All our properties have self-check-in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check-in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival.

Parties and events are NOT allowed at this property.

Check-in is any time after 4 PM. Check out is at 10 AM.

The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.

This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety. No exceptions.

Your worry-free, DoneRight Management vacation rental is equipped with linens, towels, toiletry items, and kitchen essentials. To start your vacation off right, we've provided a day's worth of supplies, including your morning coffee, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and garbage bags. Also provided, where required, is propane for gas grills and enough wood for indoor fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, guests will need to purchase wood, available at several local stores.

Each rental property also includes a guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us – we're always just a phone call away.
