"Simon was great and very attentive. Check in was easy, the home was clean and comfortable. My only complaint and it’s so little that it doesn’t even matter, but there wasn’t any soap to wash dishes. I did go buy some as we were there for 4 nights :) I would definitely stay here again or any of Simon’s properties!"

"A comfortable room for two. Very clean. Excellent location as it's about 13 miles from Santa Maria NWR, Estero Llano State Park, Bentson Rio Grande State Park and about 8 miles from Edinburgh Scenic Wetlands. There are lots of restaurant chains plus a Costco and Walmart within 2 miles. Easy access to the expressway. Private entrance with a parking space in front of the door. A very nice neighborhood. My GPS screwed me up and led me astray, but the hosts were terrific helping me find them. I...
