Deception totale Hotel.com m'a vendu un séjour, débité mon compte alors que arrivé à l'hotel la reception me dit qu'ils sont full et qu'ils n'ont jamais recu la réservation de Hotel.com. J'ai du rebrousser chemin dans la nuit

No refrigerator in my room to put my drinks and other products in. During breakfast at hotel main restaurant I found a giant dead dragonfly in the rolls backet. I informed one of the restaurant staff members. He simply grabbed the basket without saying anything to me. Later i saw the same badket brought back out. Not sure if the bread was throwned away and replaced.

They gave us room 339 which has a non working AC. It was blowing hot air like a fan. I have a call 3 times and waited for over 30 minutes before someone actually got back to us and confirm that the AC is not working properly. I had to insist for a room change before they put us in room 338. Room 339 did not have a minibar refrigerator for my drinks. It did not have proper toiletries. They really ruined my stay because for the next hours after the incident I kept wondering why the hell did they put me in such a room considering the price I paid for 2 nights. In the restaurant the one employee did not want to seat me where I wanted to sit before a second one I ask said "of course you can sit wherever you want. We are here for you" and proceeded to get a table set for us. Overall I think this hotel is overrated.

Overall ok

The rooms are ok, but not a 4 Star Standard. No kettle, no coffee making facilities, old style, no fridge, no Mini-Bar, TV got a very bad signal, the rooms have no balconies and there is no Wifi in the rooms. The bed linen are very cheap quality and the blanket is too cold in the night, but the mattress was comfortable (but the housekeeping give you more blankets if needed). The shower had very hot water. Room cleaning very good. The rooms facing the Cascade pool are quieter than the rest. The two pools and the beachside are very nice, a lovely garden, everything well maintained. Booked breakfast which was very good and tasty. A great choice. Wifi very poor, connection only in the Lobby, not in rooms. They are specialized in French speaking guests, that´s overall ok, but in a 4-Star I expect some English speaking staff and all informations in local language and English. English speaking persons are very rare to find. The reception staff need a training how to treat guests. They are a bit rude, but all other staff very friendly.

Bad systems, no coordination with Expedia

I booked two rooms on Expedia, which were nonrefundable and prepaid. When we went to the front desk they kept saying they were full and cannot honor the reservation. It took a lot of arguing and showing them that Expedia had already charged us the amount to have them give us two rooms. And then when checking out, the front desk clerk was saying that we had not paid and we had to argue with him again to prove that this was a prepaid reservation. Horrible experience.

À sympatic accommodation not far from the village.Friendly personnel,diversed food (French African) ,rooms could be a little refreshed, many activities and possibilities for interesting excursions .All in all a great experience far frime the tasteless,formated offerings.

Hôtel bien situé avec deux belles piscines.

Petit temps d'attente à l'arrivée pour vérifier la réservation par Expedia. Chambre correcte et propre. Bonne pression d'eau dans la baignoire douche. TV inutilisable. Chaînes locales et qualité d'image catastrophique. Buffet du petit déjeuner correct. Personnel du bar sympathique mais peu professionnel. Ex un Americano servi dans Campari. Responsable des embarcations qui se la pète, et qui n'est pas très sympa. Belle piscine principale mais inutisable car pas chauffée..

Do NOT waste your money like I did

Do NOT go here. It is not worth your money. I guarantee it will close down in the next few years. There are tons of other resorts in the Saly-Mbour area that are much better and worth the price. At Palm Beach, you do not get even half of what you pay for. It's expensive for absolutely no reason. I first went back in 2005 and then went again in April 2017, but absolutely nothing had changed. For example, the rooms have had the same carpeting, curtains, furniture, beds, bedding, etc. for the past 20-25 years at least, if not more. There is no wi-fi in the bedrooms, TV didn't work, the safe was broken. My partner and I asked for one double bed and instead we got 3 twin beds in our tiny room. The shower head is only tall enough for a child to shower under it. Check-in and check-out took more than an hour. They would only give us one key per room. We got the all-inclusive pass but that doesn't give you anything other than 3 uneatable, repetitive meals a day. The "open bars" hardly serve anything - and certainly not any cold drinks. The customer service is non-existent, the staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. The hotel doesn't have any beach access. At the pool, there were no lifeguards even though it was full of kids.

Belle piscine

3 nuits au Palm Beach, belle piscine, mais hôtel un peu vieillissant. Salle de bain ou quelques travaux seraient nécessaire. Buffet, rien que sur trois jours trop répétitif.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans un cadre idéal entre la piscine et la plage à coté!! Un bon acceuil nous a été reservé et les buffets ont été excellents du petit déjeuner au diner avec un personnel très disponible

Cela fait plusieurs fois que nous venons au palm beach et c'est toujours autant de gentillesse et de convivialité, un confort parfait. ...Le seul inconvénient c'est que nous ne pouvons plus accéder à la mer et c'est fort dommage. ..sinon je recommande vraiment cet hôtel! !!

Het hotel heeft een mooie ligging aan de zee, maar de strandzetels zijn oud en versleten, bovendien helt het strand wat teveel. De ligzetels aan het zwembad zijn goed, maar er zijn teweinig parasols. Er is overal wifi maar de kwaliteit van internet is meestal zeer slecht. De kamers hebben helaas geen ijskast en slechts een gewoon raam; Het eten viel ons er tegen, maar op straat vlak bij het hotel ligt een zeer goed restaurant, met snacks, westers of marrocaans eten voor lage prijzen. menu met wijn
