Communication failure by the agent meant us phoning and messaging repeatedly to get any kind of check-in information. Neither were answered for some hours until we finally got through and were instructed to drive 15km to collect keys from the agent’s office where they were nonchalantly handed over. Luckily we were still in business hours otherwise we would have been homeless until someone from either the agency or Stayz bothered to help. This information should have been sent to us at least 24 hours in advance of check-in. NOT HAPPY!
