We stayed here for one week. The location is fantastic, right on the Malecón, with an incredible ocean view from the large 15th-floor balcony.While there is some patio furniture, it is a heavy metal sectional that was difficult to move toward the view, which limits enjoyment of such a great space. There was also cement debris on the patio from the neighboring construction that had not been cleaned.Inside, the unit appears relatively new but has several issues. The furniture was quite dirty, some cabinetry was loose or falling off, and there were no closet hangers. Although basic amenities were listed, items like salt and pepper, coffee filters, and cooking oil were not provided. Nor is basic cleaning supplies for the week. The kitchen is also limited, with no dishwasher, oven, washer, or dryer.We experienced strong sewer/drain odors at times and had to air out the unit and run water to reduce the smell.Positives include very large beds and excellent air conditioning.With better cleaning, maintenance, and attention to amenities, this condo could be great given its outstanding location.
