HOUSE RULES
All rental properties we offer are owned by private individuals. They share their homes with others, who wants an opportunity to spend a holiday in a home environment and we ask you therefore to take good care of their home.
For everyone`s comfort, there are certain house rules. Please read them and respect the owners`.
• No more people can stay in the rental property than the booking states, and you have registered with Spaindinavia.
• All guests must be pre-registered before check-in.
• The one who made the reservation must be in place the entire time.
• No smoking inside. If smoking outside: close doors and windows (do not let the smell come inside).
• No subletting in any kind is allowed.
• Pets are allowed in the property but must be registered in forehand. An extra cleaning fee of 30 euros per pet occurs.
• No pets or animals are allowed in the rental property. If you want to bring your pet, please contact us.
• Close / reel in or secure sunshade, umbrellas, awnings, and cushions when it´s windy, during the night or when you are leaving the property. Strong winds can easily break the fabric.
• Always shower before going into the pool. No sand or sun-cream must end up in the pool for hygienic reasons.
• Do not keep keys in the key lock on the inside of the door. If keys are kept in the key lock, you cannot open the door from the outside. In this case a locksmith needs to come and change lock. The cost is at the guest’s expense.
• Keys are not allowed to be copied. Lost keys mean an additional cost of 50 euro (change of lock for security reasons) for the guest.
• Towels from the property may not be brought to the beach.
• The area is quiet and peaceful, loud parties or music is not allowed in the property.
• If something breaks or get lost, please replace damage items, and let us know about it.
• If the rental property has a BBQ, this must be cleaned if used. If it is left in a dirty condition, an additional cost of 20 euros will be charged for extra cleaning.
• Put the garbage & litter in the allocated bins on the street.
• Leave the property tidy and in a good condition when checking out.
• Air conditioning has a separate meter for pre-paid cards. That means that you, when you check-in, may buy a card from us, for the value of 10€ or 20€, in order to use the A/C (hot and/or cold).

REGLAS DE CASA
Todas las propiedades de alquiler que ofrecemos son propiedad de particulares. Comparten sus casas con otras personas que desean tener la oportunidad de pasar sus vacaciones en un ambiente hogareño y le pedimos que cuide bien su hogar.
Para la comodidad de todos, existen ciertas reglas de la casa. Léalos y respete los deseos de los propietarios:
• No más personas pueden permanecer en la propiedad de alquiler de las que dice la reserva y usted se ha registrado en Spaindinavia.
• Deje la propiedad de alquiler en buenas condiciones y ordenada. Tire toda la basura en contenedores especiales.
• Si la propiedad de alquiler tiene una barbacoa, esta debe limpiarse si se utiliza. Si se deja en un estado sucio, se añadirá un coste de 20 euros por limpieza extra.
• No fumar dentro de la propiedad de alquiler. Se puede fumar en el balcón o terraza con puertas cerradas.
• No se permiten mascotas ni animales en la propiedad de alquiler. Si quieres traer a tu mascota, contáctanos.
• Las toallas de la propiedad de alquiler no se pueden traer a la piscina comunitaria ni a la playa.
• El área es tranquila y pacífica, no se permiten fiestas o música a todo volumen.
• Si hay acceso a una piscina, siempre báñese antes de entrar a la piscina y siga las reglas de las señales (de lo contrario, la piscina se arruinará con loción solar o corporal, etc.).
• Todos los toldos y techos blandos deben enrollarse durante la noche o cuando el viento es fuerte.
• Reemplazar elementos que se rompan e informarnos de lo sucedido.
• El aire acondicionado tiene un medidor independiente para tarjetas prepago. Eso significa que usted, cuando hace el check-in, puede comprarnos una tarjeta, por un valor de 10 € o 20 €, para usar el A / C (caliente y / o frío).
