Upon arrival there was no one at the desk , but the keys to our room were there with our names clearly on them. A phone next to the counter with a sign says pick up if you have any questions. We stayed the weekend in early November for a wedding 10 minutes away. Huge house with so much space. We had I’ll come back on the summer for the pool and boating. Host was tremendously responsive and flexible.
