"Very cozy and clean home surrounded by beautiful wood lot. We loved how close to the main road it was, and the quick 5 minute drive to downtown Floyd. The view from the loft was spectacular. The queen bed we slept in on the main floor was comfy, the shower felt wonderful with the rain shower head, and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed sitting by the firepit on the deck and watching deer forage in the woods nearby. It was really a peaceful and serene getaway, and we definitely plan on...

"The property is super cool and unique! Sitting out on the deck was amazing.....surrounded by nature....family of swans, blue heron, and even some deer across the stream.The inside couch is a worn and covered in blankets to hide the wear and tear.....other than that the place was clean.If you plan on using the hot tub, i would recommend bringing extra towels. There are 6 bath towels (small bath towels), but no extras for the hot tub if 6 guests are staying.All in All.....great place! Would...

"We picked this property because it is close to our family’s Thanksgiving celebration and it is pet friendly. It was comfy, warm, and exactly as shown on the VRBO app. I did bring some of my own kitchen tools, but found the place well set up and I was able to easily prep for the dishes I bring. "The no smoking room smelled like a thousand people had smoked in it for 40 years and no one has ever cleaned it. The breakfast was horrible. The rooms have not been updated in my generation. Our experience was terrible. We will never stay in an Econolodge again!!! "
