"We had no heat all day Sunday when it was single digits outside. I asked where the thermostat was at noon and got excuses all day. At 4:00 I sent a message saying that we'd give them one hour and then we'd have to leave as it was freezing cold. Finally, at 6 p.m. someone showed up to turn on the heat in the downstairs apartment where it had been turned off by the tenants who had moved out suddenly. The property manager tried to blame me for not getting back with him to tell him we hadn't closed...

"Excellent location - it's the best of both worlds as the street is very quiet and relaxing and yet you are also steps away from all the fun of Depot Town. We walked to several restaurants, coffee shops and the Ypsilanti Food Coop, which is such a sweet, independently run grocery store with a delicous bakery and home cooked meals and soups on offer every day.The apartment itself was compact, very clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay for one or two people. "It's a small room, but has a bed, mini fridge, coffee machine, microwave and a chair. The beddroom was clean and you access the room from the garage. I would have given 5 stars if the shower didn't have the mold and we were given the correct address when we checked in. The room is not in Ypsilanti, it is in Superior Charter Township. The parking instructions said to park on a side street that was unlit which we were not comfortable with so we parked in front of the house. The shower head...

Beautiful get away right outside Detroit, peace of mind. Lots of attractions

"Upon arriving to the property it smelled disgusting - couch was filthy, floors and corners that weren’t carpet had dust, webs, and dirt. There was a gasoline tank in a humid apartment which was a fire and health hazard. His personal belongings were EVERYWHERE - all in the fridge, his shoes and playing balls, his controllers, even a laptop! The cup holders in the couch weren’t even cleaned out and full of disgusting dirt and had a smoke hole in the couch which explained the disgusting smell...
