On the ground floor, you will find a comfortable living/dining room with a fireplace, perfect for relaxing evenings, as well as a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, hob, refrigerator, coffee maker, etc.).



Upstairs, a master bedroom with a single bed, a children's room for up to 4 guests (single or bunk beds), a bathroom, and separate toilets are at your disposal.



The house is heated by a heat pump system, ensuring optimal comfort all year round. Outside, enjoy a south-facing enclosed garden with outdoor furniture, ideal for al fresco dining, reading, or napping in the shade.



During the summer months, a shared pool is accessible (open from early June to mid-September), perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring.
