"My daughter is preparing to relocate to Athens for graduate school and we needed to stay a few days to find an apartment and acclimate her to the city. This little spot was just perfect. The home was spacious and clean. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked and my daughter and I enjoyed coffee in the morning and wine in the evening on the front porch. And you can't beat the location - close to everything and private parking. The owners were responsive and addressed a minor issue promptly....

"From the creaky floors to the beautiful molding, this was an absolute treat to stay in. Being an old house, I found myself wondering what it used to look like and the families that lived here long ago. I loved the neighborhood and waking up to the birds singing outside. I ventured out for a walk around the neighborhood and found the UGA President's house! How cool! I look forward to booking with you again soon! Thank you!"

"My husband and I stayed for a weekend visiting Athens. The apartment was immaculate, the bed was so comfortable, the shower pressure was strong and hot, and the towels are nicer than the ones I have at home! Upon arrival, I noticed one of the light bulbs had burned out and texted Brian asking if there were any extra bulbs in the apartment. He said there were not, but he could run one by that night. "The stay was great. The location was amazing as it is literally across the street from campus and right by the restaurants and bars downtown. I was worried that it might be loud at night but it wasn’t that bad. Would definitely stay again. It’s a little pricey but worth it for such a close, convenient location. "

"The house was exactly as pictured! We loved the set up and my family of 5 had plenty of room to hang out in. The kitchen had everything I needed as well. My bed was comfortable and I slept like a baby! The neighborhood was quiet and I felt extremely safe. The host was very attentive and responded quickly to any of my questions. Next time we come to Athens I will definitely come again."
