"This apartment is very well presented with everything needed for an enjoyable holiday. The fact that there is a garage available (600m uphill) is a great advantage as parking is at a premium in St Ives. It was lovely to relax looking out to the sea after a day of exploring. Highly recommended. "

"The best of the stay for us was how thoughtfully things were made available to cater to the needs of the guest. From the Welcome book which had instructions and takeout menus to the safety pins in the drawers to the utensils in the kitchen. The location as well made our stay so much better, there is Co-op a couple meters away and short walk to the seafront. "

"Garden Cottage is a well-designed small property. It's set in a beautiful garden of calm and tranquillity. We stayed for 5 nights, visiting various places on the Lizard peninsula and also Trebah Garden. Owners Matt and Louise were very helpful. "Lorraine and Mark were excellent hosts, very caring and intuitively considerate of our elderly needs. The property is light and airy with good views from the lounge, bedroom and balcony. A 5 minute walk to the amenities in Marazion. Every Wednesday and Thursday there is an Artisan craft market at the local Church Hall which serves excellent home cooked lunches and cream teas. Close access to the boat or causeway to the Island and a huge flat beach which stretches towards Penzance."
