"Perfect Location, just minutes walk to the beach and nice play park for the kids. Close to plenty of places to eat. Beach is beautiful. Views from the house is stunning. The cooker, decking and downstairs ensuite shower need some tlc but that didn’t effect usage or us having a fantastic time. Will definitely be coming back!"

House is exactly as shown in the pics - immaculate -- with unexpected beautiful views from not only the family room (with huge expanse of glass including out onto the patio) but also from the master and from the kitchen. The setting at the end of the street means you get both water and headline views, with nothing in between, and walk directly unto the headland trails. Big kitchen, big dining...

Although small ( or compact ), the house came with the mod cons we required. "This was a lovely old stone cottage connected to others on a fairly steep, narrow road. We had some difficulty finding it, but a lovely employee at the Fore 2 Restaurant guided us. "What a gem The Laurels is. We enjoyed a long weekend at the cottage and had everything we needed. Lovely welcome package to arrive to after a long drive and lots of information about what to visit in the area. Beds were very comfortable and everywhere was spotlessly clean. I was also told when I arrived by the manager that as I hadn’t booked a breakfast (before I arrived) I would not be allowed a breakfast till 09:30 on the Monday. When I queried this I was basically told. Nothing the manager could do. Luckily the restaurant staff were more helpful. "
