"It was a little creepy checking in at night. None of the lights in the parking lot were working. When I got to my room I noticed there was no toilet paper and had to go back through the creepy parking lot to get to the main entrance to ask for toilet paper. The room was clean and they had streaming TV which is always nice to see. "

"the grounds with the nature, birds and flowers are a balm to the harried soul. You can be quite alone amid many if you choose, or in the midst of activity at the pool or common areas.
An extremely small nit, and perhaps it was an exhausted housekeeper, but I put the "do not replace" sign on my bed for keeping the same sheets and housekeeping honored that but did not make up the bed, but left it tousled. Not a biggie, but a made up bed would have been welcome. other than that they did a great...
